Northern Flats
Northern Flats is a lettings agent based in Prestwich, North Manchester; providing flats to let all around the Manchester area.
Pleer SEO and Web Design created this site with a CMS system based on the original concept for RJA Properties. With that, an updated version of the site was implemented using dynamic content to ouput certain information. An administration area lets the staff at Northern Flats update the property details, images and location through an easy-to-use catalouging system.
The Northern Flats web site is completely SEO friendly and uses many features such as a mailing list, RSS feed for news and new properties, and other "behind the scenes" add-ons.

William B Rose & Associates LLP
William B Rose & Associates LLP is a law firm based in South Manchester. It specialises in Employment Law, Commercial Law, Health and Safety; and HR Support.
Pleer SEO and Web Design was hired to create a site that had a member's section, to which the clients can interact with the staff directly and view private information regarding their membership. As well as this, webinars will soon be hosted through the site so that the client can interact directly with 100+ clients at one time through video conferencing.
The clients aren't the most technologically minded, however, they can easily navigate themselves round the admin area of the site and be able to edit page content and add new clients to the members area immediately and easily.
The William B Rose web site is currently under construction.
A Wedding in Florence
When Alex popped the question to his other half, he had no idea that within a month he'd be creating a web site with information for guests for his upcoming wedding in Florence!
Now, with less than a year to go, his family have found it much easier to direct people to a web site instead of emailng and calling every guest with every minor update. Instead, Alex used his knowledge of web design to create a site that all would be able to both navigate and fin easy to find information.
The site uses Pleer's standard CMS system with extra functionality such as interactive Google Maps for location information.

RJA Properties
RJA Properties is a lettings agent based in North Manchester, providing flats to let in Crumpsall, Fallowfield, Chorlton, Altrincham and other areas.
Pleer created this site with a system that the owner of the web site can easily update details about what flats are available to rent at any given time. As well as this, we implemented a mailing list system, news feed with RSS, and Google Maps integration so that visitors to the site can locate exactly where the available flat is and be able to see on the map what is available and what is not.
As standard, the site for RJA Properties was made SEO friendly and was optimised for search engine compatibility.

Chimp Enterprises
Mr Chimp approached Pleer SEO and Web Design with the idea of creating a web site to promote a UK based cartoon that would makes us rethink what we thought of the UK animated sitcom.
To do this, Mr Chimp asked us to make a site providing information on what he wanted to do - let people become a shareholder of Chimp Enterprises. Becoming a shareholder is as simple as donating money directly to Mr Chimp via Paypal.
Of course, Mr Chimp was well aware of changing technology (being the inventor of electricity) and came to Pleer because of our unparalleled SEO skills. Once Mr Chimp kidnapped our families, we finally agreed to make the site for him. Only one person died in the creation of the site.

Alex Moss was hired in-house as the IT and Relationship Manager and dealt with all IT issues and projects from technical support to SEO research. Particularly regarding SEO, Alex updated the site through keyword research and all other SEO methods to create a site that had 15 times the amount of traffic within 6 months. As well as this, their Alexa Rank grew from 2 million to 500,000 and their Google PageRank from 0 to 5.
